Questions
Reader mail- What does on time mean?
- Paid within twenty-four hours of filing. Gates 01, 02, 03 and 05 managed it, with gate 01 fastest at twenty-two hours.
- Is a held status a warning?
- No. Every gate paid in full with no refusals and no held payments. Held means the money took more than fifty hours to move.
- Which gate gives the most usable credit?
- Gate 02, LoneStar Casino, at 105 SC, which is above its own floor, so that account was withdrawable immediately.
- Why is a 500,000 coin welcome low on the board?
- Because that figure is play currency and cannot be withdrawn. The usable column carries the number that counts.
- Did you buy coins to clear any floor?
- Never. Every clearance figure came from free routes, which is why several take a fortnight.
- What does clears on arrival mean?
- That the free usable credit already exceeds the operator own floor, so a withdrawal can be filed immediately.
- Do I need to verify my identity?
- Yes, at every operator, and it is required by law before redemption. Doing it at signup avoids the most common cause of a delayed first arrival.
- Can I board from any state?
- Most states were accepted by every operator we funded, a small group was excluded everywhere, and several were split.
- How current is the board?
- August 2026. Packages, floors and payment processes change without notice.
- Does commission change a status?
- No. Times are recorded before any link exists and never revised.
