Contact
Corrections, operator updates and reader questions all arrive at one address.
Contact
CorrespondenceWrite to contact@americansweepstakesguide.com. A person reads it and replies usually go out within two working days. There is no contact form here on purpose, because a form collects more than it needs.
What helps
- Corrections: the operator, the figure you think is wrong, and where the right one appears
- Operator changes: a dated screenshot of a changed package, floor or payment process is enough to trigger a re-time
- Reader questions: your state and the operators you are comparing
- Operator enquiries: welcome, with one caveat, board position and status are not for sale
What we cannot do
We are not an operator and have no access to your account, balance or withdrawal. Operator support is the only party that can act on a late payment, and if that is exhausted, the licensing body named in the operator terms is next.
If gambling has stopped being funThe National Council on Problem Gambling helpline is 1-800-GAMBLER, any hour. Our play safely page lists the controls each operator offers.
